Prior to your first appointment, you will be sent a registration form to complete electronically. If preferred, you are welcome to arrive approximately 10 minutes early to complete this in person.

To help us make the most of your consultation, please bring:
-  your Medicare card
- any relevant concession cards (including DVA or pensioner)
- private health insurance, WorkCover or TAC details
- current referral from your GP or other specialist
- relevant imaging
These details can also be provided to our administrative team in advance to help streamline your visit.

If further imaging is required, our team will guide you through the process and provide a referral to help you arrange this.

For your comfort and to assist with examination, it is helpful to wear loose or appropriate clothing that allows easy access to the area of concern (for example, a short-sleeved shirt for elbow concerns).

Consultation fees are as follows:

• Initial consultation: $280 ($220 concession)

• Review consultation: $150 ($100 concession)

If surgery is recommended, a member of our team will discuss all associated costs with you in detail, so you have a clear understanding before making any decisions.
